The PAL-Salt Mohr provides measurement results similar to the Mohr method (titration). It’s designed for use in various food industries, including seafood processing and confectionery, to verify added salt content in products.

The device utilizes electrical conductivity to determine salt concentration (g/100g) and features an “Offset” function for automatic calibration based on known standards.
