The ATAGO Pal-H digital refractometer is specifically designed to measure samples at high temperatures, such as soups, broths, syrups, jams, and soy milk. Unlike traditional refractometers, which require the sample to cool for 15–20 seconds, the Pal-H can provide results in just 2 seconds using the “Mode H” feature.
