1. Product Description:

The PAL-Dried Fruit Moisture digital refractometer is specifically designed to measure moisture content. It can quickly determine water content based on the formula: Moisture = 100 – Brix. Brix represents the percentage of sucrose mass in a 100g sucrose solution. When other dissolved solids are present in the solution, a Brix conversion can be applied.

The PAL refractometer is compact and portable, suitable for both laboratory and field measurements. It is water-resistant, making it easy to clean under running water.
