The TempStick Probe 200 is a compact temperature data logger with a cable and rigid metal probe, calibrated for a range of 0°C to 200°C, making it ideal for various monitoring applications, especially in the food industry, for continuous monitoring during cooking. Its compact size and independence from external power make the TempStick system highly flexible.

The device is programmable and data is readable via PC using the TecnoStick interface or mobile interface trays such as SRI and FLI. It complies with HACCP and EN12830 regulations.

Compatible software includes StickLog Pro, TS Manager (for mapping and validation), and FridgeLog Z.

Probe Length Options:

• 3 cm length, 4 mm diameter, rounded tip for immersion (Ordering code 03)

• 8 cm length, 4 mm diameter, rounded tip for immersion (Ordering code 04)

• 3 cm length, 4 mm diameter, pointed tip for penetration (Ordering code 05)
