The ATAGO PAL-2 refractometer is designed to measure sweetness within the range of 45.0 – 93.0% Brix. It is especially suitable for measuring high-sugar samples such as jam, marmalade, honey, fruit concentrates, and other high-sugar content foods. The device provides fast results in just 3 seconds with high accuracy and features automatic temperature compensation.
