1. Device Description:

The Met One GT-521S is a handheld, two-channel particle counter that operates on battery power.

The two counting channels can be configured to measure standard particle sizes calibrated at the factory or user-selected sizes ranging from 0.3 to 10 microns.

The GT-521S features a simple menu-driven control system. It allows users to set particle sizes, sampling times, alert settings, and basic setup parameters such as date/time and connectivity with a single touch of a button.

The device can be operated remotely via USB (cable included) or RS-232/RS-485 (optional cable) for full control of all machine functions.

It can store up to 8,000 measurement results, including data from the temperature/humidity probe (accessory PN G3120). Sample history can be viewed on the LCD screen, printed (accessory PN G3115), and downloaded to a computer.

The GT-521S comes with a battery that supports up to 24 hours of normal operation or 10 hours of continuous operation on a single charge, with a recharge time of approximately 2.5 hours.
